US reality TV star Kendra Wilkinson reckons her new series is “as real as it can get”.

The model, who appeared in Girls of the Playboy Mansion while she was living as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends, is back on the television with the second season of her own spin-off series, Kendra.

The blonde, who is married to American football player Hank Baskett, gave birth to their first child, Hank Baskett IV, in December.

“It’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” she said.

The 24-year-old added: “It’s the greatest time in my life, but of course there were some issues after the baby that I dealt with, and you get to see the real stuff on season two.”

Unlike other celebrity mums, Kendra has been very honest about her struggle to ditch her baby-weight. In the first episode, which premiered in the UK on April 4, fans saw the star complain of not losing a single pound in the four weeks after Hank was born. “I’m still not at the shape I want to be in, I’m still working really hard at that,” she said.
